I wanted to try this for a while because I thought everybody was just being overdramatic when they said this was spicy and I love me some good spicy sauce. This is still in my fridge. I really haven’t touched it till this day since Purchasing because that thing is spicy and I guess I expected this one to have a bit more of a carbonara flavor to it and it just taste like hot sauce. Maybe I was wrong. I should’ve expected that though. I will still be a good sauce. I’ll put it in my noodles instead of rice, cakes, I feel that Rice cakes may be a little bit too plain for this sauce alone. It does pair with sweet chili sauce though.

I didn’t use the full spice packet (it was my first time trying these noodles and I heard they get hot — I’ve tried more since then and whew! they sure do!), but it was still very spicy. I think I drained too much water, which was my fault. I would try this again, and maybe leave more water when draining it.
