I've always loved Shin Ramyun, I've been eating it since I was in China. Adding an egg, ham sausage, bok choy, pickled vegetables... and pairing it with a savory pancake is perfect It's the best meal for working people, quick and nutritious.

My favorite ramen brand! A great amount of spice (I think this is 3/5 spice level for the buldak line?) and the noodles are so chewy. Thicker than other cheaper brands. When I want to make more of a healthy version I’ll add enoki mushrooms, tofu, and purple cabbage. Barely changes the flavor and adds way more fiber and nutrients. The best/ worst time to eat is around midnight lol
