I bought it a while ago, but never used it. I ran out of satay sauce. Today I tried this satay, wow. It goes really well with pork belly and fish balls.

I wish they have the green version of this

Chicken bones are essential for Japanese and Chinese cuisine. I buy them over and over again.

The noodles are chewy with lots of crab fat, not too strong smelling, adding less water will make it more flavorful and delicious.
