jjajangmeun is one of my most favorite Korean dishes. This was about a close to the real homemade stuff I've tasted in a pre-packaged form. I did add some buldak sauce because I prefer a kick, but it's delicious just as is as well.

Summer is here and I have to eat cold buckwheat noodles. I hope they taste good.
