It's delicious because it's udon noodles, so it doesn't feel like it's cut thinly. It feels like kalguksu noodles, so you have to boil it a little longer than regular noodles, but it's convenient because it can be stored at room temperature, so I think I'll buy it again next time.

It is really light in the hand, and you can see how thin it is from the side. But it is made in Japan, so you can use it with confidence!
