This acidity is subtly balanced, effectively neutralizing the richness of the sesame and vegetable oil, resulting in a refreshing overall taste. It's an emulsified sauce, thicker than typical vinaigrette, allowing it to coat perfectly on salads or noodles. Truly a versatile and amazing sauce, its core flavor profile can be described as rich, sweet and salty, slightly acidic, and universally flattering.

This spicy chicken carbonara ramen is absolutely amazing! The Samyang noodles are thick, chewy, and deliciously firm. The rich, creamy carbonara sauce with its cheesy aroma helps to balance the spiciness, making it incredibly addictive and satisfying. The shop packaged everything carefully, delivered quickly, and the expiration date is far off. I will definitely buy again!
