Made spring rolls with dried fungus
The instructions said use cold water to dissolve the yeast. Everyone knows yeast won’t grow on cold. It should be warm but I followed the instructions & the bread did not rise. My pandesal was so flat! Good thing I bought 2 packs. I’ll try again on the other pack but do not follow cold water. ALWAYS USE WARM WATER for yeast. That’s the General rule.
This is my first time buying. I bought it after reading the reviews. I hope it tastes good.
