Used this as a topper for homemade halo halo, but the wafer is HARD. I had to leave it soaking in the halo halo for it to be easier to chew. The wafers all came in the package unbroken, which is normally a good thing, but not in this case and that’s probably because it is so hard to eat!

That being said, they used to be long - maybe 7-8 inches long. Now they are short, maybe 4 inches and fine. By that I mean, not hard. Some pieces are fine but some are hard. Not consistent.
