Expected high-quality meat but half of it was fat. Very disappointed with the price I paid. The package came in fine. I put it immediately in the freezer and didn’t open it until a couple of days later. Unfortunately, 60% of it was fat hiding below 2 slides of good meat. The packaging is easy to remove, because the meat has been processed very clean, and there will be no blood splatter.
