Not the best. The package is nice and looks clean but the noodle strands are big and hard. I had to cook it in boiling soup and it’s still weird. Definitely not the mien dong i grew up with. Won’t buy again

Childhood memories are filled with pure noodles here. Flour but not as sweet as starch in memory. It's ok to eat once in a while to remember your childhood. It's also sweet and fleshy, with a faint aroma typical of starchy noodles, but not too salty.
