I've repurchased this winter bamboo shoot many times. I feel there's not much difference between it and freshly peeled bamboo shoots. It goes well with many dishes; this time I used it to stir-fry rice cakes.
I feel this is almost indistinguishable from freshly peeled winter bamboo shoots, which saves me the trouble of peeling them myself. I keep repurchasing this.
It's good, there are two big pieces, cheaper than fresh ones, and they don't need any processing.
I bought it to make braised pork and bamboo shoot soup, and it tastes delicious!

I bought it at a special price. It’s a bargain. You don’t have to go to the Supermarket to buy it. It’s very convenient.
The chipotle Mexican bibimbap is made with this bean paste. The seasoning is good. There are also whole beans inside, which is crunchy taste.
I like to heat it up with garlic to mix with rice for a simple burrito. Easy and flavorful!
