Laxmi Low Gi Diabetic Rice is a repeat purchase. I like this rice because it’s low glycemic. You do not have to be a diabetic to enjoy the benefits of this rice. It a nice clean rice, has no debris. Here, I prepared it with Mixed 7 grain ( also purchased from Weee). If you’re looking for a low glycemic rice, this is a choice. I will repurchase as needed.
Low glycemic index basmati rice is suitable for diabetics.
Put this basmati rice together with other mixed rice and try to see if it tastes good when cooked.
