It tastes great when cooked with bok choy or Shanghai cabbage! The vegetarian meat itself tastes very good, slightly sweet. I personally season it with some soy sauce and Lao Gan Ma, and it tastes great! Can buy again

I've repurchased them multiple times, but this time the packaging was different from the pictures, and the quantity was only half of what it used to be—it looked like beef shank cut in half.
