Not bad, not bad , I bought two, and they were soft after more than two hours of braising. There are 4 tendons in total. Don’t look at it as small. I only cut half of the smallest one and made a plate. The others were vacuum-packed and frozen. Whenever you want to eat them, you can take them out and thaw them and cut them into plates. They can be made into cold dishes or put on soup noodles. It is very convenient
