I used ground beef to make dumplings, added mushrooms, carrots, onions, and minced ginger, and used eggs, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, a little white sugar, pepper oil, and sesame oil as seasonings. I used North American dumpling wrappers bought from Weee. After making the dumplings, I froze them and divided them into the portions I wanted to eat each time. It was very convenient.

I pounded it a little, seasoned it with salt and pepper, and then fried it in a cast iron skillet. After thoroughly cooking one side, I turned it over, let it rest for 2 minutes on a damp cloth, and finished it again at a high temperature.The oil was tough, but the meat was delicious.
