Nice quality meat for my babies 6 month birthday
The steaks vary in size, so I don’t think it’s a good deal.
I pounded it a little, seasoned it with salt and pepper, and then fried it in a cast iron skillet. After thoroughly cooking one side, I turned it over, let it rest for 2 minutes on a damp cloth, and finished it again at a high temperature.The oil was tough, but the meat was delicious. It was good value for money
It is still ice-hard when received. Sprinkle some garlic salt and crushed black pepper and fry over high heat.
Looks like great quality just was unthawed when it arrived unfortunately but still cold to touch
