I had it with salt and lemon. I would have preferred if the tongue was a little thicker.
I have tried beef tongue several times, but this time I am most satisfied with it. It is fried on both sides in a flat pan, with simple seasoning of sea salt and black pepper, and paired with cold pickled onion shreds. Every bite is refreshing and tender.
The beef tongue was thinly sliced and just what I was hoping for, so I was very satisfied! I'll have it with green onions, salt and lemon!

I grilled it in a frying pan and had it with lemon and grated daikon radish. The meat was lean and had a good bite. I'm happy to be able to eat thinly sliced tongue in America. I've ordered it again.
