This is my second purchase. The rice noodles have a perfect texture, are easy to cook, and go well with various ingredients. I made a pot of pomfret rice noodle soup for Chinese New Year, and even after long cooking, it still retained the chewy texture of Taiwanese rice noodles.
So delicious that the leftovers were packed up and taken away.

However, they don't ship fresh produce to Gofftown, which is very inconvenient. We try to cut down carb and sugar so decide to switch to this type of noodles hope it healthier.
