I added some vegetables to make it more palatable. The portion was relatively large, mostly fish cakes, quail eggs, and round fish cake balls, and the shrimp were all very chewy. There were a lot of toppings, but it was tiring to chew. It didn't suit my taste.

The vermicelli with fermented fish sauce is delicious, much better than what many restaurants serve, and it has almost all the ingredients of a typical vermicelli with fermented fish sauce dish.

Easy to prepare
I bought it on sale because it has a best-before date of January next year. Since it's frozen, the dough is quite sticky and sweet. I added fish sauce to neutralize it. I've fried Basel, so adding more of it would have made it even better. The shrimp were quite nice, and they were both quite large. Since they're on sale, we can't be too picky.
