It was a box of 10 small steamed meat buns. The back of the bag says to steam them for 15 minutes, but they were also delicious in the microwave. The filling is sweeter than Japanese steamed meat buns, but they seem like they would be good for breakfast or when you're feeling a bit hungry.

Compared to my favorite Wei Chuan meat bun: Skin: Wei Chuan has a thin skin and a higher filling ratio; this one has a thicker skin, better texture, and doesn't collapse easily. Filling: Wei Chuan's filling tastes better, but this one is just as good. Overall: Each has its own merits.
The meat filling was delicious, but the bun skin was too thick and too dry.
Goubuli is similar to Hangzhou steamed buns, but it seems to have a ginger flavor.
The foreskin is quite chewy, a bit like a pan-fried bun.
