I made tofu out of this and this flour is contaminated by strong Indian spice that I am not used to and regret switching to this brand from my usual one. Be ware if you are not used to some strong Indian spice smell

The flour is inexpensive, tastes great, and has just the right amount of chewiness and crispness. I bought it to make banana bread mixed with tapioca starch, and it resulted in a very delicious and chewy texture. The price is very reasonable, and I will buy more.
