I guess you have to soak them for a really, really long time. I'm not good at waiting, so I just ate the hard glass noodles... but next time, I'll have to soak them all day.
texture is even better after being soaked in warm water for a few hours

I put it in mala xiang guo and ate it. It was delicious.
Really good for hotpot
A must when making mala tang!! I didn't want to bother soaking it, so I put it in hot water for 20 minutes first and boiled it, and it was fine.

I will need to warn you that this is huge. It’s a lot. This is taking me forever to consume it. I’ve hosted three different parties and use those noodles to consume it out, but it is not going away. If you have a big family, you’ll love it.

The price is good, and it tastes great. Just in case for the shabu-shabu, I soaked one in water and didn't, but even if you put it in right away without soaking, it is chewy and delicious.
