I keep buying this type again and again. It makes a delicious jute leaf soup. It's fragrant, not fishy, and has plenty of roe.

I don't know how to cook it, but the crab paste turned out all mushy, so I can't really tell what it tastes like. But a bag like that for over $8 is a bit expensive. I bought the green one for just over $3 and it tasted just as good. Buying two of those bags would have been much cheaper.
Even though it was frozen, the crab soup smelled very fragrant, as if it were made from fresh crab. There was no need to strain the soup before cooking, and the broth was crystal clear, not dark like many other brands. I will buy it again.
