Blanch 4 pounds of pork trotters to remove any unpleasant odor, then braise them together with dried tofu and kelp in a pressure cooker. The portion is sufficient.

The pork trotters were excellent, fresh, clean, and the meat was very tender and chewy.
There was no smell and the fur was well-groomed. I like mini cats, so this is perfect.
Although the pig's feet were frozen, they looked very fresh, and they weren't frozen together! You can take as much as you want, which is super convenient!
