Braised pork trotters are really delicious! My method is to first roast the skin of the cut pork trotters to remove the fishy smell, roast until golden brown, wash it, then put it in water to boil, remove the floating residue, wash it clean, and then add the marinade. I used a pressure cooker to cook it for 35 minutes.
