This is my second time ordering this noodle. They cook quickly and retain their springy-ness! There are quite a bit of loose noodles that are broken but I am ok with that as all the main round bundles are in intact!

Don't buy it, it smells like pig
There is mushroom meat sauce inside. The cucumber shreds are not in good condition. But if all the sauces are added, it is too salty and can't be eaten. The sauce should be used in moderation. The noodles are delicious. Overall, it is delicious, but it is too salty. I think the hot dry noodles last time are better.

The amount of noodles is just right, the fillings are substantial, and the taste is great. You can add a poached egg and start a full day!

It's fine if you're ordering out of curiosity - who knows, maybe you prefer this taste. But I think if you're craving fresh Dandan mien, better off just order from a restaurant... or make your own! It smells and tastes like they just put together packaged Dandan sauce with some noodles/sliced cucumbers and decided to call it Dandan mien.

First time purchasing. Fresh, but will use up as soon as I can. Apparently spoils very quickly if not used immediately from the reviews I've read.

30 sec in boiling water and 1-2 minute in an ice bath right after that will give you a perfect serving.
