Found a rock mixed with my dried plum vegetables. I washed it several times prior to use but as you can see the color is very similar and hard to pick it out. But anyways, it should not be in there with veggies begin with.
One bite it almost chipped my tooth. I still like to make this braised pork dish with plum veggies but you need to be very very careful!!!!
Steam pork with the plum pickles. I soak the leaves overnight and raise over and over. Still a few residues (sand ?) in it but this dish is so good and I will definitely buy it again.
