I didn't intend to make the kind of tofu skin and meat rolls. It's delicious cold too.
Love these dried tofu/yuba sheets! Much cheaper than fresh yuba and I thought easier to use. Mine were mostly unbroken. Soak in water for ~20 minutes to soften and hydrate and they’re ready to use. Will definitely buy again.
Winter and hot pot go perfectly together, so always keep hot pot ingredients on hand!
This is the first time I've seen this kind of packaging; I'm planning to make vegetable rolls.
I was totally misled by other users' comments. The bean curd skin of this brand is too thick and hard. It is totally unsuitable for making tiger skin rolls. I can only use it to stuff meat. I will not buy it again.
I am satisfied with stocking up at Wee at regular times and places, hahahahahaha
Hard and dry, more than half broken
The bean skin is intact without any loose pieces, and it tastes delicious after being wrapped in the meat!
Cold vegetables and cold bean curd are delicious even when eaten ice-cold
good quality, no nitrites in this one. going to make steamed bean curd rolls.
