It's delicious for braising duck necks Just remove the excess fat.

It's safer and cleaner to cook it yourself, but it's a bit pricey.
They're great for braising duck necks, but be sure to blanch them first, and cut open the tendons and remove the duck fat so that there's no unpleasant taste.
I'm not from Sichuan and can't eat anything too spicy, so this is just the right amount, but I think people from Sichuan might. . .
