    I cut the tikoy into rectangles approximately 1/8-1/4” thick, wrapped it in spring roll wrapper and deep fried it for 4 mins. This was soo good and a big hit with the family. I’m going to make more tomorrow for Chinese new year. I would definite buy this again!
