    Kimchi was well fermented. When I opened the lid, it made a sound like opening a bottle of soda. It is aged kimchi and not fresh if that is what you’re looking for. I love aged kimchi and it has a a sour taste that is more on the sour side. This would be perfect for kimchi soup or side dishes 🤤🤤 Can’t wait to use it!
