These VietKane fish cakes are chewy and delicious, already seasoned, and when thawed, they don't need to be kneaded again. I wrapped them in fresh lemongrass and fried them; the fragrant aroma of the fish cakes blended with the fresh lemongrass was wonderful. They're great with vermicelli, white rice, or wrapped in rice paper with vegetables and dipped in fish sauce! I'll definitely buy more fish cakes to keep on hand so I can fry them whenever I crave them!
