I'm so happy to be able to eat fresh winter bamboo shoots. The quality is good, they're fairly fresh, and they taste delicious.
There were only two small pieces, and there probably wouldn't be much left after cutting them, but they seemed quite fresh. I hope they taste good.
One order had two pieces of bamboo shoots, why did the second order only have three pieces?
This batch wasn't fresh; it was in the refrigerator for three days before I cut it open and this is how it looks. My salted pork and Jinhua ham have already been cooked.
