I bought it to make braised beef tendon and beef noodles (half tendon, half meat), and just thinking about it makes my mouth water.
The braised beef tendon is delicious! And the chicken feet are also a convenient one-stop shop.
It's delicious... but I didn't want to encounter the black hair mentioned in the reviews lol. It looks like underarm hair... I think there are about 10-15 hairs in one bag. I boiled them in hot water for 10 minutes as a first step, then scrubbed them thoroughly in cold water, and removed the black hairs by hand, and boiled them again to eat, and it was delicious.
The beef tendon is now all crooked and uneven. It used to be all neat and tidy.
The beef tendon is very clean, and it tastes great when braised or stewed. I often buy it again; it's very chewy.
The prices are much better than Asian markets, the food is fresh, and it's packaged very carefully. I need to buy groceries from Wee every week, but there's no fresh food delivery service through Gofftown, so I can only order through a friend or acquaintance. It's a shame because it's so inconvenient! Hopefully, they will offer fresh food delivery through Gofftown in the future. I'll only buy from Wee and won't need to go to any other market anymore.

The beef shank is of very good quality! The weight of each bag is exactly as described. Very satisfied! It arrived at my door, and the ice packs hadn't melted yet.

I've bought this many times, and I used it with the seasoning packets from Weee to make beef noodles. Great value for money! The meat quality is also good, and it cooks easily.
I bought three packs this time, and I was very disappointed when I received them. They were clearly smaller than before. I've repurchased them multiple times, but this time the packaging was different from the pictures, and the quantity was only half of what it used to be—it looked like beef shank cut in half.
