Wonderful Filipino taste, sweet but not sickenly. It's just right. I prepared two different ways: out on the bbq grill and also tried oven roasted. Outdoor grill allowed me to char the edges and caramelize the meat the way I love it. Oven roasting in a foil lined shallow pan made cleanup super easy. Started at 400 then boosted to 425 to char edges. Both ways turned out super tasty, and nice and moist. I will be buying a lot more of these, keeping a stash in the freezer for a quick impressive meal.

This is my first time to order chx liver. I am glad I did. They are fresh frozen. Will use this to cook menudo and adobo. I also use this as a dipping sauce in chx tinola. I add it to the dish. Then, I take it out, mash it, squeeze in some calamansi and add some patis. Try it! It will give tinola a new twist.
