The first picture is Xishijin, 5 sticks of bamboo cane, chopped longan roots, two slices of Sydney, and a few candied dates. The second picture was bought in a general supermarket, a lot of bamboo cane, a piece of kudzu root, and a little bit of carrot. See what you like, measure yourself
Put it on fire, it's sweet, you can drink it after cooking for a while, and it's healthy
