I'm trying something I've never seen or eaten in Japan before! It's ready to eat after dipping it in the broth for 5 seconds. It absorbs the broth so quickly that it's ready to eat in no time. Just as the package said, it was indeed deep-fried yuba (tofu skin). We ate it while talking as a family, saying things like, "It might be delicious in miso soup too!"
Looks good, should taste delicious, convenient for hot pot.
