I’ve eaten it also, it an oily fish with soft flaky white flesh, and very delicious. There is a bit of bones to be removed. Here , I washed and seasoned with turmeric, rosemary and a little coconut oil. I cooked it for 15 mins @ 375 degrees in the toaster over. I removed the bones for my baby boy. It was gone in a wink of the eyes.
