    Not consistent in weight. I received from 11.1 to 12.4oz. 2 out of 4 were under weight range 12-13oz. Other than that, great steak. Thin cut so you don’t cook long for these.

    The product wasn’t too bad. But beware there are chunks of fats instead of the fat being distributed evenly through the meats. Will buy only if they have a good promo. Buying from a butcher gives you better cut for the price you are paying

    Make sure to weigh your meat! I decided to check the weight of the wagyu since it's so expensive and mine was underweight (even with the packaging still on!) Considering the price per ounce, it's no mere chump change that I was shorted. It's up to the individual buyer if they care about being shorted that amount, but I think people should get what they paid for.

I cook them on a salt block so only need to add black pepper to taste. worth every penny of it especially knowing how much the restaurant charge for these. definitely will repurchase whenever they are on sale again! love that they came frozen in vacuum sealed package and proper labels.
