Oh boy! ordered these amazing steak ? to celebrate Chinese New Year! they are so juicy, tender, and flavorful. I cook them on a salt block so only need to add black pepper to taste. worth every penny of it especially knowing how much the restaurant charge for these. definitely will repurchase whenever they are on sale again! love that they came frozen in vacuum sealed package and proper labels.

Very bad! Taste doesn’t like wagyu beef at all?dont waste your money
I bought these for $70 (on sale) which was a great deal for A5 wagyu, especially those imported from Japan. I noticed that there were big chunks of fat from on some of the meat, so I cut them off and used them to grease the pan instead of cooking oil. It’s not a big deal to me since the remaining meat still tasted decent.
