Convenient dashi packs!
First time buy
This is nice seasoning from Japan to make a fish-flavored soup base. The package contains 15 packets, which are like teabags. A packet would be boiled in water and removed after simmering for 3-5 minutes, or it can be cut open and used directly. Each packet contains 610mg of sodium but no artificial MSG or preservatives. Refrigeration after opening is noted.
Authentic taste. I like it.
Love this NO MSG Dashi ? Essential ingredients for Tonjiru ?
I used it to make miso soup! It turned out to be a very delicious miso! It's also good to mix it with rice and make onigiri!
I was looking for a soup stock that doesn't contain chemical seasonings and bought this. It's a blend of bonito flakes, so I'll use it to make udon noodles and miso soup.
