Been craving for Jeprox so decided to give this a try. It’s crunchy and convenient but not really satisfying for me. It lacks the ‘umami’ taste of Jeprox that I am craving for. I am thinking maybe I could splash a bit of oil and sprinkle some salt and put in air fryer for about a minute. But, that will be a lot of work. So I guess I wont buy this again.
If one is craving for a taste of home, jeprox does the trick! Love that it’s not too salty!

This product is very expensive and when I saw the WARNING SIGN.. IT SAYS: Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including lead, which is known to the state of california to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.. I regret buying this.. They did not show this warning on the product photos.. VERY MISLEADING...

I used the dried anchovy to make soup base for my noodles soup. Soup taste sweet and healthy (i dont add MSG/salt to my food). Rmb to clear our the gunk of the anchovies and rinse it before cooking!

I like it. I cooked it in air fryer. Just brush it with oil and fry for 5-10 minutes depends in how crispy you want it to be.
I can't tell the difference between these two types of golden pomfret; they're both processed and steamed with soy sauce for steamed fish. They're fine; I'll buy them again every now and then.
