I absolutely ADORE this sausage. It is sweet and flavorful and works great in *everything*, plus it lasts for a very long time if I don't get to using it right away. I keep a bunch in the fridge all the time and throw it into fried rice, steamed rice, stir fries, omelettes, pretty much anything. Pictures included are a stir-fry, a fried rice, and yakisoba, all improved with this sausage!
