This is my favorite delicious barley tea. It brews very well in cold water.
I’m really excited to use this! My favorite YouTuber drinks this when he has a heavy meal and I’ve learned about all the benefits of drinking this tea so I am excited to try it. I will update on if I’ve noticed any difference while drinking this. I see that the teabags themselves are pretty large so I will need to read the instructions more carefully because usually I get the teabags that are smaller. Throw them in for 3 to 5 minutes and then I’m done, but I think with these, I can make a bigger batch.
