Kimchi that I always keep stocked in the refrigerator. It is richly seasoned Jeolla-do kimchi, perfect for making kimchi fried rice or kimchi stew.
This region of S. KOREA is know for their kimchi. This was delicious but bit overly fermented.
The kimchi was a bit too spicy, so I let it ferment and rinsed it a little before making it into kimchi stew, and it was so delicious. You really need good kimchi for kimchi stew, and I really enjoyed it.
