Since I received the soy sauce delivery, I decided to make Ryu Soo-young's "Surely Not" soy sauce noodles. It's absolutely perfect for when you don't feel like using the stove! Hahaha. For the kimchi, rinse the stems in water, tear them into thin strips, and place them on top of the noodles. Then, pour in the seasoning sauce, add some seaweed and sesame seeds, and mix it all together. It seemed so simple that I wondered, "Really?" But after making it, it was delicious. It has a clean, refreshing taste, and the kimchi kicks it in, so it's not bland at all. Definitely give this a try when you're feeling too lazy to cook!
Korean soy sauce is the best for Korean food.
I use it often for stir-fries. Dark soy sauce is also the best for marinating meat.

You can use it well in various places.
I ran out of the regular soy sauce at home, so I ordered this for the first time. Since it's Sempio, I think it will be okay. It seems like it will be a safe bet.
