As soon as it arrived, I preheated it to 425F and grilled it for 20 minutes, and it was seriously, seriously, seriously delicious! I added some crushed pepper and black pepper to the cumin that came with it and dipped it in, and it was genuinely amazing. I want to eat it again.

I had no idea what oz meant. When I opened the package, there were only ten small skewers, and the bottom was empty. It wasn't even enough for one person! The lamb itself was fine, but the quantity and price were too high.
The skewers are long so it's hard to put in the food, but they taste good.
This is my second purchase. This time the lamb didn't have as much fat as last time! The chili powder was delicious.

There are 10 skewers in total. The meat is a mix of fat and lean. The outside is charred after being air-fried at 400 degrees. The taste is average. The seasoning packet is a bit sweet. However, I haven't tried authentic Yanji barbecue, so I can't judge it.
