Relatively small pack. The tofu is fat and filling. I cooked it in hotpot and it doesn’t really have that “creamy, lava” texture like the other reviews mentioned. I’ll try air frying it next

It's rare to find Yunnan-style tofu with a crispy skin! It's incredibly delicious.
Pick three or four pieces from each of the two, cook them together in the air fryer, add some Liu Po chili sauce, delicious! Too bad I was in a rush to eat it, so I didn't take a picture

This tofu is special; it's chewy and bouncy, even better than egg tofu. It should be great for hot pot or deep-frying. I bought a pack last time but forgot to eat it and threw it away. This time, I ate it and it was delicious. The wisdom of the Chinese people is truly amazing; they can make tofu so well! I'll definitely buy it again.
