Normally I receive good quality of bottle gourd but this time these bottle gourds were not edible. These were rotten(light brown from inside). At first I thought that maybe part of it could be used but when I started cutting it , I was disappointed!! I use it’s juice as medicine for reducing cholesterol in the morning before 9am. Take a portion of bottle gourd the size of your index finger, add a glass of water, a small piece ginger, a pinch of black salt and blend it. Then sieve it, add a pinch of pepper powder to it and drink it before 9am. Don’t eat or drink anything for atleast 45 minutes after that. Try it!!!
