I think it tastes just like the Japanese version. It's made in America, so it's cheap, which is a big help. I eat it whenever I miss Japan. However, the fried tofu in the soba noodles isn't very tasty. I prefer the toppings in the udon noodles.
I always buy Maruchan soba noodles. This time, I bought a huge amount because it was cheaper than anywhere else. I sometimes crave Maruchan soba noodles.

Tasty. I like to separate the broth and noodles and eat from both for perfect ratio. The tempura made it too salty for me, but the flavor was very good before adding it.
