Really delicious dipping sauce for tempura! Just make sure to read the instructions to dilute the soup base, otherwise it will be very concentrated. This is a large bottle, so I’ve had a couple of uses out of it already.

This “Mentsuyu” was only one not containing corn syrup at Weee when I ordered. I made asparagus and tomato “Ni-Bitashi”.
