I'm a fan of Chef David Chang's Momofuku restaurant in the city, so when I saw this on Weee! I bought one. The sauce smelled fantastic and the gourmet noodles were delicious (the 11 gram protein per serving is a plus). It was not as salty as other instant noodles, because it was made with simple and quality ingredients. Less fillers and artificial flavorings. They are also good as a starch to a meat and/or vegetable dish such as Beef & Broccoli stir fry.

I've repurchased this chili sauce at least four or five times. The saltiness and spiciness are just right, and it's not as oily as other chili sauces. It's perfect for making pounded chili eggplant or other cold dishes.
